Shipping policy

All Items will be Sent VIA Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. A tracking number will be available to you upon request.

  • Up to £25 is £3.10 postage
  • £26 -£99 is £4.95 postage
  • £100 or more is Free Postage

Turnaround Times

All items are made to order (unless purchased from the ‘Off the Peg’ section)

Turnaround times vary at different periods.

We aim to dispatch items 3-4 weeks from payment being received unless you are ordering a fabric that isn’t currently in stock which means a longer turn around time.

Refund policy


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please contact me and I will cover postage costs. I will then endeavour to fix the problem, and if this isn’t achievable an alternative will be offered and failing that a full refund will be issued.
